Conditions of Service – Important Legal Notice


The following conditions constitute an agreement for valuation services (the “Agreement”) provided by Worth What (the “Company”) to you (the “Client”).


The Agreement consists of these Conditions of Service. No other documentation or communication shall form part of the Agreement unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Valuation Services

Under this Agreement, Worth What shall provide valuation services based on photographs and related information submitted by the Client. The valuation provided is an estimate and not a guarantee of the object’s value.

Client’s Obligations and Acknowledgements

The Client agrees to pay the specified fee for the valuation service. The Client warrants ownership of the object or proper authorization for valuation. The Client also warrants that the submitted object is free from any third-party claims.

Price of Valuation

The price for the valuation service is as listed on Worth What’s website at the time of submission. Prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

Worth What shall not be liable for any deficiencies in the valuation due to external circumstances or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

Termination of Agreement

The Agreement may be terminated in the event of breach by either party. In case of termination due to breach by Worth What, a refund may be issued to the Client.

Rights of Third Parties

No third party shall have rights under this Agreement.


If any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
